CELTIC THUNDER CRUISE CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Contest in effect from January 2, 2014 – October 1, 2014. Winner will be announced on October 2, 2014.
The prize package includes; one Oceanview Stateroom cabin for 2 onboard Celtic Thunder Cruise, November 8-12, 2014, tickets for 2 to one headlining show onboard each night, admission to all other onboard concerts (all other shows are general admission), prepaid taxes and fees, all onboard meals, entrance to the ship hot spots like the casino and disco, use of ship pools and waterslides, use of ship health and fitness center, children’s facilities (excluding babysitting). Prize valued at $5695.00 USD.
NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PRIZE: airfare, hotel accommodations, travel insurance, income tax based on prize value, ground transportation, any expenses incurred while in port, any meet and greets with artists or other VIP events onboard (unless open to the public), VIP seating or check in, backstage or all access passes and any of the following costs on board: gambling, spa and beauty services, the purchase of alcoholic or carbonated (soda) beverages, shore excursions and babysitting services.
Upon receiving winner information, Celtic Thunder will make effort to contact the winner by phone and email. Upon claiming the prize, Celtic Thunder will send the winner a Passenger Prize Confirmation, asking for a signature, which will confirm that they understand and accept the Terms and Conditions associated with their prize. Failure to do so may result in resale or reassignment of cabin.
Contest winners must be 21 years of age or older, unless accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 in the same cabin, OR if a parent or legal guardian is in an adjacent cabin.
Cabins are nontransferable from cruise to cruise, or person to person. Cabins are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness for any and all advertising or promotional purposes (including, but not limited to, radio broadcasts, newsletters, or on www.celticthundercruise.com).
In accepting the prize, the winner and guest acknowledges that neither Celtic Life International, Celtic Thunder nor MSC Cruises USA and any respective affiliates, employees agents and/or representatives may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize.
This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws. Any applicable federal or state income taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
One entry per person only.
If the winner wishes to give away this cabin as a gift, they will need to provide the gift recipient’s information at the time they claim their prize.
